Unfortunately IC-705 supports only headsets and CAT over Bluetooth. An Android smartphone cannot work as a headset over Bluetooth, so audio is not available. Are you connecting from Pocket RxTx directly to the radio? If yes, what radio model and what type of connection? USB or Bluetooth?

To get a flavor of this feature, you can play with jAReC v4 in direct control mode.
