Re: Config file help
Dan I'm sorry to report that I can't seem to get spca to work in transparent mode. The program keeps locking up. I know you must be extremely busy but if you use teamviewer remote desktop and I would be willing to let you have access to my pc and let you take a look at it. btu de n9bhd

I then have to end task from task manager. I tried the same step only difference I used virtual ...

Re: Config file help
Well I'm having some trouble hooking everything up. I have virtual com ports 3 and 4. The kachina is hooked to hardware comm port 2. Not sure how to get spca to intercept the data. What should I set spca to and to what ports. Sorry for the confusion.

I ran the command bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING ON for the x64 bit driver and rebooted the computer. The program runs but I'm still not seeing the virtual ports in device manager ...

Re: Config file help
Will do Dan. I'll let you know. Also just a thought, could software that can monitor comm ports intercept the command stream from kcat to the kachina? Maybe a program like your bnscp? Then we could send a frequency change command from kcat and read the ascii. Just a thought.

Re: Config file help
Hi Dan. I'm sorry I don't know how to provide you with an example set frequency command. I currently use kcat on my windows pc and the program sends commands to the kachina via the serial port connection. I can click on a preset frequency like 14070.000 for 20 meter psk and the kachina just goes ...
