Posting this in PocketRXTX because it pertains to that software. Can the radio's current frequency and mode values be extracted somehow and associated with URL variables for a WebSDR? Would like to create URLs with variables pointing to latest frequency and mode without having to manually enter them...

Thanks. Not sure what 'use jAReC on PC side' means? I thought jAReC was the program that interfaces with the radio. If rig computer can be Linux wouldn't you use jAReC there also? Remote Architecture/OSs Supported?
I am new to the forum. Would like to control my Icom 7100 remotely. This is served by my wifi network located in detached building. Does the rig control software need to be a Windows box or other OS?
