I have seen a piece of software in the network option of the pocket rx tx called dARec, I guess it doesn't work under java, but I don't know where to find it

Jarec with Yaesu FT-991
I just installed jarec version 4 with my yaesu FT991 computer, but I can't get the cat to activate with the version I downloaded. I only hear sound, ports and speed is correct because I use it with other remote programs, I don't know where it can be the problem
