maybe I am making some mistake.
I've defined QO-100 band as follows:
<band>
<nr>7</nr>
<name>QO-100</name>
<centerfreq>10489750</centerfreq>
<samplerate>1024000</samplerate>
</band>
So it is around 10,49 GHz. When I click band and choose QO-100 from available bands, frequency is ...

I had very good results with Asus Xonar D2 (@192KHz) for a WebSDR server (Ubuntu Linux), but I don't think this card is available anymore.
hmm, but this is PCI card, I need PCI-E. I see, that there are some Asus PCI-E cards, but they are quite expensive ;(
