I also have tried to get the cat to work on a 991 and failed. Windows 11, Yaesu Drivers, JarEc 4.2, pRxTx 3.3.3. Checked baud rates, tried slower, tried faster. 8N2 on serial port. The Radio just won't update. An odd observation though, if I change the Frequency nothing happens.... But hot unpluggin...
