I have an old Lenovo Tab 7 tablet running Android v4.4 and am trying to use the free version of Pocket RxTx on with the WebSDR settings. I have not been able to get it to find a server and have been unable to figure out how to add one.
Is the problem the old Android version?

Re: No servers available
Hello Steve,
Even the version 3.3.3 of the application can be installed from Android 4.2 and up, many features may not work on Android below 5 (Lollipop).
The main limitations in Android 4.4 are related to HTTPS access, required to access central repository.
You cannot manually add WebSDR servers in the app. Server owners must have the right to decide if their server will be visible or not in my application, without my or any other user intervention.
For this purpose, some files must be present on the server to make it accessible from Pocket RxTx.
