399b33

Post by oh6lbk »

Hi. I have been testing the 3.99b33 version for a while, it works quite nicely. Does anyone else have the same problems, when I save frequencies in memory with different modes, the modes are not saved correctly. If I only use one mode, then no problem, but if there are several modes in use, I always have to change it manually when changing the mode. As everyone has probably noticed, when using a mobile phone, the sound is quite dark, this is the same with all different remote programs. Similarly, when you press the send button, a small audio is transferred from the phone speaker which is transmitted to the phone microphone, causing a momentary transmission which is heard by the other station as a small hum, "tsup". This helps when you use a krisp program https://krisp.ai/ or similar on a PC, it removes that extra transmission. I have used an inrico bluetooth microphone, it does not cause that phenomenon and the tx audio is much clearer and better than in the mobile phone microphone. PTT doesn't work on the microphone yet, but I've been using the flic button which works well, I've attached it to the back of the microphone. https://flic.io/shop/flic-2-single-pack While waiting for the finished version, have a good rest of the summer.

Hello.
The post was moved to the correct section of the forum.
Because of other activities occupying all my spare time, it was a pause in the development of the new beta (34).
Issue added in the table as bug 703. Will be fixed in b34.

PTT works for Inrico B01 Bluetooth speaker/microphone and other supported ones. Please check the user manual available in the download page to see how to activate it.

Thank you for your report.

Hi. I can and I did it according to the instructions, also on other phones, but it doesn't work. The microphone icon doesn't appear, only the headphones image remains, sometimes the ? appears there. The sound does work. There's a bad video where you can see what I did. https://youtube.com/shorts/8iYKJbFxGdo

There is something wrong. You must see Inrico/Anysecu in the audio devices list. Your mike is not recognized.
I suspect is using a different firmware. It is for sure B01? How do you see it in windows for example?

As there are no official drivers or APIs for Android, my app count on some specific answers from the mike to be recognized.

Mine looks exactly the same, just branded as Anysecu instead of Inrico, from here:
https://2ck.ro/product/inrico-b01-bluet ... t298-t320/
The one from the picture does not have any brand at all.
Did you pair it first with Android? It is strange that in audio devices list it's shown as only "SCO".

It is connected to Android. I have tried it with many phones, but all the same. Ptt works with Zello.

Most probable Zello use the proprietary API from Inrico.
I asked them, but they don't want to give me access to the API, even with NDA, so I just make it work with my own mike.
Maybe I will add a function in my app to make it work with any BLE device for PTT, by learning what the mike answer to different commands.
