jSA2SecNET

Post by Joerg »

hello,
there is a possibility that jSA2SecNET sort is on-line, without which I must press the start button?

I start the program in the startup and then wants to be online immediately.
So I can use the computer without any operation from the remote boot and am online.

Hi Joerg,

In the current version is not possible, but this is a good point.
In intend to add the possibility in a future version to even run it in command prompt mode (without GUI) and with command line switches. This will allow to run the application on devices without a graphical display.

For the next release I will add the option to automatically start the communication at run time.

Thank you for your suggestion.

Hi Dan,

thanks for the, as always, quick response.
I am looking forward to the new version.

I would still like to see a jSA2SecNET for my Ardoid computer or for my Raspberry.

I have a Goosberry with Android in use.

So I do not take my laptop for remote control.

On the computer I use the Adroid Apps Fritz! Fon for voice transmission, unfortunately, Fritz! Fon no auto answer, but here I have already made a proposal with AVM and they think about it.

Sorry, no auto answer apps even go with Fritz! Fon.

My english is very bad!

Hi Joerg,

There will be an Android version soon. I suppose that the no_GUI mode will allow you to run it on Raspberry too.
Audio support is already included in both the "under development" jAS2SecNET and Pocket RxTx, but still some tests and bug fixing to be done before releasing it to Play Store.

Unfortunately the free time available for development is extremely limited.
