How to look at the .vec files?

Post by sm3sgp »

Hi,

How can I use the .vec files I saved with the android app?
In the new vna/J java program I don't see any way to load .vec files, and I cannot find the old software referred to in the manual.

Hi Gunnar,

Unfortunately in the current version of BlueVNA you can load on a PC only the vec files saved for miniVNA standard(non Pro), using the miniVNA by IW3HEV v > 2.3 Windows application.
In a future version you will be able to save in csv format and then load in Z-plots or other similar PC application.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for a great program. I used the vna together with your app up in the tower today. Measured the new 4 stack for 15m at SK3W. Maybe possible to make some kind of screenshots and save in the android. I will play a bit...

Hi Gunnar,

Please send some vec files with your captures to be added to the samples page.

Thank you for your feedback,
