Hello,
I tried your app Pocket RXTX version 0.5, installed on TF101G Android 4.2.3.
Bluetooth connected to the FT-817.
I found the bug.
1 It is not possible to change the baudrate in BT
2 From app to 817 commands are received from 817 of the 817 but not the app.
3 missing step for the VFO
4 The USB Serial Converter does not capture
Keep in mind that I have done many tests I checked all the hardware.
5 There are sudden changes in frequency on the FT-817, goes out of sync with the app Pocket RXTX version 0.5.
It is impossible to use.
In any case, the app has potential, placed the bug will be a great app
Many problems Pocket RXTX version 0.5

This is not a bug. It is the way Bluetooth interface works. You need to configure the baudrate by programming the Bluetooth module.IS0GUP wrote:Hello,

Please look into the user manual for type of feedback you get from the transceiver. Not everything is implemented.2 From app to 817 commands are received from 817 of the 817 but not the app.
I don't understand what do you mean by "step for the VFO". Please explain.3 missing step for the VFO
What do you mean by "does not capture". What kind of USB/Seril have ytou tried to use? For the moment only the ones based on FT232 and CP2102 chipsets are supported.4 The USB Serial Converter does not capture
Keep in mind that I have done many tests I checked all the hardware.
It can be a communication issue. Have you tried to use the BT module with HRD and it works perfectly?5 There are sudden changes in frequency on the FT-817, goes out of sync with the app Pocket RXTX version 0.5.
It is impossible to use.
Please be patiend and help me to solve all your issues one by one.In any case, the app has potential, placed the bug will be a great app
