BlueVNA version 0.9

Hi all,
Because of no feedback at all, I've decided to push version 0.9 to Play Store. This is practically the version 0.8.3 (see http://www.yo3ggx.ro/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=524) with some bug fixes.
Hope this time more people will be able to upgrade to the new enhanced version and send feedback, as the the new version is not yet very stable.
I wil try to fix as fast as possible any discovered bugs in the following days.
