Rx latency

I use 0.8.1-1 paid version of rxtx whit jarec 0.8.1.
Program works fine but i want know how i can reduce latency in rx.
Radio is icom 7300 and is connected via usb to pc (intel core i7 whit 16gb ram).
Rxtx is on a tablet (octacore 1.8ghz whit 1gb ram whit only pocket rxtx installed).
When i send commands to the radio, it respond very fast and if i push ptt my voice come from the radio in a millisecond.
Problem in latency in rx...if i turn on the volume on my radio, i can hear a latency of approx 1-2 second in the tablet.
How can i solve?
I tried whit my samsung galaxy s6 too but performance is the same.
I also tried to connect using direct lan, wifi, mobile data 4g, but still remain the same.
Somebody have the same problem?
I tried the 0.9 version of rxtx and jarec but the latency in tx is the same and more long on tx.

Hello,

As stated in the e-mail I've sent to you, please check your version of java runtime. It may be an incompatibility between java and the integrated USB audio interface in IC7300. I have no other reports with such a one-way delay, as the audio path is symetric.

Java is the latest version.
Radio firmware too.
