There was a typo in the IC7300 configuration file. I suppose SWR was working on the older version with the old config.
Please reload IC7300 config from the repository and try again. There is no issue in the app.

I will solve the audio dropouts in one of the next releases (both jAReC and Pocket RxTx.

Battery optimization is off. I downloaded the new configuration, but it did not affect the swr figure.

Tested on my IC7300 and SWR meter works as expected.
For sure you loaded the config from the central repository and not from the local filesystem?

apparently I downloaded it from the wrong place, i.e. jarec v4.1.1 program. Where can I find this central repository?

When you try to select a configuration file from the application, use ONLINE.
